We’re looking for a talented Support QA Manager who will lead our fantastic QA team!
How your day will look like?
*QA hands-on work during our feature development
*Working with agile cross-functional teams
*Responsible for hiring, empowering and mentoring talents
*Provide weekly and monthly QA updates to the management team
*Hire, lead, manage and mentor the Quality Assurance team members
*Manage and track quality metrics
What are we looking for?
*Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA, including management of large-scale manual and automated testing projects
*Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management
*Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance process and methodologies
*Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG, Postman and Selenium and Postman
*Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL and mongo DB
*Experience with Linux, GIT and build systems (Jenkins)
*Experience in an agile methodology and processes
*High level English written and verbal
*A Team player with great interpersonal skills & self-motivated, fast learner, independent and proactive attitude.
*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field/technology unit graduate with relevant experience – a major advantage.
*Knowledge of Radio access networks, RF technology and OSS platforms- an advantage.
*Experience in working with high-tech/start-up companies – an advantage.
