In a nutshell
As a Customer Support Tier-3 Engineer at Cellwize, you will be the front line for handling all technically related issues. You will work closely with our R&D team to develop and provide the best solutions and services possible to meet the customer’s needs.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the root cause analysis process and ensuring remediation of major issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problem tickets within SLA/SLO.
- Performing troubleshooting and diagnostics of complex issues.
- Taking ownership and assuming accountability of expectations in managing cases and customer situations.
- Working closely with technical teams across the organization to provide customers with fast, verified solutions ready for implementation.
What you will bring with you
- Knowledge of wireless communication systems (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, NR).
- At least 2 years of experience in wireless systems integration.
- Familiarity with MAC, PHY, and RF subsystems.
- Team player – ideally with experience working with Scrum and Agile teams.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-motivated and well-organized.
- Enthusiastic about solving technical problems.
- Experience with Linux-based systems – advantage.
- Experience with (Python, Bash, JAVA) – advantage.
- Knowledge of mobile telecoms products with experience in end-to-end testing of LTE or 5G systems (eNodeB, EPC) is a plus.
